The platform design separates patient, laboratory, pharmacy, and other services. Each service owns its data, while defined APIs and events provide integration boundaries. Shared identity and audit services are part of this platform direction.
Individual repositories and the federated platform are at different stages. A common architectural direction does not imply that every connection is already deployed.
The patient project’s initial web release focuses on account access, appointments, records, results, and documents. Keeping the first release focused makes the core journey easier to assess in a controlled pilot.
AI features, simulated sharing controls, and SOS are excluded from this first release scope.
Implemented software, a tested workflow, and a production-ready service are different milestones. Project-specific release checklists and integration rehearsals establish what is ready for each environment.
